 Notice is here given for the Annual General Meeting of Warners Bay Football Club Incorporated. To be held on Monday, 4 November, 2024 at Warners Bay Hotel, cnr Lake and John Streets, Warners Bay from 7pm. Agenda will include the following items: Minutes of the last AGM, Reports from Executive and Sub Committees, Financial Report, Election of Officers and the following special resolutions to adopt a new constitution. Special Resolution 1: "That Warners Bay Football Club Incorporated accept and adopt the NSW Department of Fair Trading Model Constitution as its official constitution, subject to any modifications required by law or deemed necessary by the Committee to suit the specific needs of the Club." Special Resolution 2: "Upon approval by the members, the Committee is authorised to take all necessary steps to implement this resolution, including but not limited to filing the new constitution with the Department of Fair Trading." All members of the club are encouraged to attend and support the committee in the future direction of our football programs.
