In accordance with Clause 30 of the Club Constitution, formal notice is provided twenty-one (21) clear days prior to the meeting as business to be transacted includes proposed Special Resolutions.

"That in accordance with the Warners Bay Football Club Constitution, and following the formal vetting and unanimous endorsement of the Committee, Brett Urbanowicz be admitted as a Life Member of WBFC Inc in recognition of exceptional, sustained, and meritorious voluntary service to the Club."

Special Resolution 2 - Admission of Life Member

"That in accordance with the Warners Bay Football Club Constitution, and following the formal vetting and unanimous endorsement of the Committee, Ian Cowling be admitted as a Life Member of WBFC Inc in recognition of exceptional, sustained, and meritorious voluntary service to the Club."
